My Day at a Soccor game

I recall back a few days ago when I was at a soccer game. It was my first time going to something moderately big with my friends without my family watching over me. I must say, it was an exhilarating experience overall. We started out, me, and my friends Ben, Vicky, Molly, and their friend, Carrisa. We were at Vicky’s house, which was somewhat close to the new stadium. We walked to the stadium from Vicky’s house, talking the whole way and laughing to much of what was said. We had a most hyper experience that was very fun. We probably looked like we were up to no good, but that only heightened the fun. We got their easily enough and pain five bucks to get in, except for Ben who had some school card that got him in for free. We got to the seats and I was shocked at how cold they were! The bleachers seemed to absorb the cold; it was like sitting on refrigerated metal. During the game I went to the concession stand twice to buy hot chocolate, it was so cold.
We came in just a little late, but still had time to watch most of the game. Golf, our friend from the Christian high school was not even in the game yet. It was like they were saving him. Then we saw him, entering the game with a proud number 2 on his shirt. It seemed like he did most of the work, pressuring the other team’s players into passing the ball, but there was no one from his team to get the ball once it was desperately kicked to a nearby player of the opposite team. But it was fun. There were some highlights, when Golf stole the ball and ran half the field, when I guy got hit in the groin by mike Johnson, our teams lead kicker, and referee that looked as gay as gay could get, when a guy performed an excellent slide tackle and managed to take the ball himself and run a little ways with it, and other amazing soccer moves. At the end, we lost 1 to 2, but we had a great time. Molly went home with her mom early, while Carrisa went home with her mom after the game, and Ben and I went with Vicky’s mom to their house where my mom picked up me and Ben and dropped Ben off before going home. We were talking about it for days to come, and I haven’t forgotten the awesome experience I had.

(it’s a school project, so it doesn’t sound very personal. sorry. lol)

Well, a couple new updates, but not much. I’m not one for writing unless I’m really motivated, in the mood, or just plain passionate about it. Therefore, I don’t write much. But I do try to fit in something once in a while that lets people know that I’m still alive. I guess that’s really all this is.

Well, it might be a while before I get another poem or story that is as good as those so don’t count on any of that. But I do have some interesting news. I found a video containing a Google secret trick on getting songs for your media player. What you do is . . . well, I can’t really tell you. The webpage that you’re supposed to go to is very specific, and not all in one address. I can’t just tell you what it looks like. It’s really difficult. But I found that it works, and my friend checked it out, Ben, who has the latest firewall and virus stopper from Microsoft, and there’s nothing sneaky about it so it’s wonderful. That’s the best news I have really. Not much else to talk about. I got a perfect score on my biology test today though! YAY! Now it’s Friday and relaxing time. See you all again on Saturday night or Monday morning!

Well, my mind is filled with thoughts, and as of now, my fingers have the willingness to type. So, henceforth, my regurgitations shall begin! Lol.

Anyway, a while back I had my second snowboarding trip. It was very cool, and I’m getting better every downhill ride. It’s difficult at first, but you find your balance fairly easily and you get better fast. By the third trip, I’ll be having the time of my life. It’s a great experience. Sliding side to side in the snow, feeling the heat of the sun but having the wonderful cool breeze reaching inside your scarf and cooling your body. Yeah, it was really hot up there in the mountain. Sun was up all day and no clouds! Had quite a bit of soreness the day after in my neck from turning a lot, but oh well. Lol I think the funniest thing about the trip, was not the people falling, but the birds. The birds up there were so stupid!!!!! It was amazing. They would stand on the road until the last second then time their flight so that they hit our on-coming van perfectly. It was funny, laughing at their stupidity, and yet so sad, that Gods creatures could be so easily slain. Eh, oh well. It’s the bird own stupid fault really. If their going to wait that long . . . and we weren’t going that fast up the mountain. *sigh*.

After that, it was back to business, bored old school, with assignments due and pages to fill. I wanted to talk more about it, but I can’t. Is the dull boredom of it all that makes it agonizing to talk about There are friends there, but not trustworthy, place-your-trust-no-matter-what friends. That’s why I come to the blog for those friends. That’s why the computer is my life, that is why I have no life. Lol . now lets get back to my games. Lol.

why do some people reject God?

I thing that people reject the idea of a god because they want to be free from gods. This reason is, in my opinion, what leads people away from god. They want to be with rules or regulations.
In the one instance, with the lack of their religious knowledge, they think that following a god would require a lot of work from them, starting to go to church, having to read devotionals, go to prayer meetings, and other things. They might think that having a god would crowd their lives and leave them no room for fun. They might think that a god would bring extra responsibilities. Maybe they think that a god will leave them with more troubles then they bargained for. This is America the free, so why have a god to restrict you?
Or maybe the people who reject gods are doing such because they understand gods enough, and it is a simple case of wanting to be free from all regulations and restrictions. They want to keep their drugs and tattoos and piercings while they can, so that they can have self-please and hang with the “cool” people. They want to sin, and a god would stop that. They want to be free of parental-type rule.
So in conclusion to my assumptions, I think that people don’t want a god because the idea of having one is not something they want. They imagine what will happen with a religion and they don’t like that image.

Hey! I thought of something! Lol. (Reference to the last post) I’m going on a snowboarding trip with my youth group. We will be going up to Mt. Baker. It should be really fun. I only have gone snowboarding once, but I loved it. Now I’m going to teach my brother and then get some practice in. maybe I’ll hangout with Ben at the start of things. He is one of my friends that have been going a lot. He’s really cool. This is going to be an awesome trip. I gunna have to try hard to keep with up with the others though! Oh well. I’ll still have a lot of fun . . . . As long as I don’t get an injury. Oooooh boy. Lol!

saturday morning and . . .

Well, here I am on a Saturday morning typing away at my keyboard. Trying to find something to say, I look around my office. Finding nothing, I proceed to talk randomly about random stuff. Interesting. Did you know that when you scream, it ups your hearts pumping strength, pumping more blood to your extremities, and therefore increases your strength? And also, did you know a softball is harder to hit with a bat then a baseball because of the fact that the batter has less time to react and the ball comes at a different angle? Interesting. Lol I was watching a sport show this morning where it explains a lot of things about sports. Also, new record, the golf ball is now officially the fastest ball in sports? It broke through two glass panes with the same dexterity as a car window. It was slowed down 50% going through the first window, so in order to break both glasses, you needed to hit it around 200 miles an hour. The golfer did it at 204 mph! I just found these things really interesting and wanted to share them. Lol. Other then that, I don’t have much to talk about. Lol! I’ll type something up later.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaahoooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Giants won!!! I am soooo happy. If you read my earlier blog you would see why. It’s not really that i’m rooting for the Giants. I like the Patriots a lot as well. It’s just that no one gave the Giants a chance. They all said that the Patriots would win. I was teased for choosing the patriots in class, and guess what, the important organizer people had already put the Patriots as “Undefeated” in the foot ball annals. Guess they have to change the books now!!!! It’s like a smack to the face for all those people who were all for Patriots. I hope their all humbled. But then again, thats kinda mean and proud on my part so I guess I should not say that. Oh well. I’ll still put on a big smile for school on tuesday. = ))!!!!!!!

yes yes yes!!! i’m done with my tests and stuff, and because of all teh tests, we decided to go out for dinner to celebrate. all the students (including moi) is going to mi peblouse (or however you spell that) to have lots a fun. then we go my my house to watch the born supremacy. lots fun dare! and best of all, my teachers have decided to have mercy on us students in the form of nothing, meaning no homework!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i’m so happy right now. the only problem is the foot ball game. you see, we (as a class of 12 in a newly started christian school) were all late to latin class, and the teacher got mad, so we ALL got detention!!! arg. BUT!!! he gave us all a chance. we vote on a football team, and if that team wins the champs, no detention. if not, we DO get dentention. my bad, being very ignorant of football teams, voted on giants and not the patriots, the propheticly claimed winners of the super bowl. so . . . . . . . . . yeah . . . . . . . . oh well! lol, detention in my school isn’t a horrible thing. bad yes, but not too bad. lol.

Lol, well this is it! Big test finals week! Well, at least that’s what it is for me. It could be a different week for other people . . . . but oh well. I think we all know that what ever week it’s on, finales are tough and aggravating. Though there are a couple people that like test and shove them in other peoples faces and down their throats, but whateva. I’ve had my algebra test today, on Wednesday. Tomorrow Latin, the day after, algebra. *sigh* lol oh well. I’ll write something later. Lol.

I havn’t written in a long while, but to tell the truth, not much has been happening. i’m not really in the mood for writing right now, but I really want to. i’ve got a plan to see if i can write a really short chapter a week. maybe then i’ll be able to complete something. lol. we’ll see. but anyway, finals are coming up, and i’m really stressed out with all the homework i have to do. then there is keeping up with my friends via websites and bloggs and chatting, but i really shouldn’t be doing that ’cause i need to get my work done. i’m a horrible procrastinator. hey, maybe i’ll post a little bit on my bblogg here so you can read it. if you want to. see ya’ll laterz.
